MATI Residential Local Service
On the Mescalero Apache Reservation
MATI offers two (2) types of affordable residential local service: Unlimited local and Local measured. Lifeline/Link-Up Programs are available to assist in reducing monthly local service. Programs that qualify for these reduced assistance are:
  • BIA General Assistance
  • National School Lunch Program (Free Lunch Program)
  • Food Stamp Assistance
  • SSI Recipients
  • LIHEAP
  • Medicaid Recipients
  • Federal Public Housing Assistance (Section 8)
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families
  • Head Start Programs (only the income quality standard recipient)
MATI can assist your tribal telecommunication company how to provide these services for your tribe. MATI believes in tribes helping tribes.
   
MATI Long Distance Services
Affordable Services
MATI Long Distance services offer four (4) simple plans with the same low day and night rates. Unlike other long distance companies, MATI only bills for the time actually used and does not round-off to the next minute. Residential Plans available are:
  • Premium Gold Plan
  • Premium Silver Plan
  • Econo Plan
  • Mega Plan
Prompt and Efficient Services MATI offers prompt, reliable and efficient service for its customers. When you call to report a problem, we have that problem fixed within three (3) to six (6) hours, not days. We listen to our customers and try to resolve any problems so that your down-time costs you very little inconvenience. Our technicians are skilled and if a problem occurs that cannot be fixed by one employee, we have a team of skilled professionals that will resolve your problem immediately.
MATI has staff that will assist and train you to operate your telephone system and will be available for any questions you may have at any time.

MATI is small enough to care, and large enough to provide the service that you deserve!
